Burnsville Pride Vendor Fees

Below are the fees for being a vendor at our pride festival in 2026. Once selected as a vendor, fees are required to be paid within two weeks of notification to reserve your space. If these fees would prohibit you from applying, please reach out to us at vendors@burnsvillepride.com to discuss. 

Artisans and NonProfits

Vendor Applications

For 2026, all vendor spaces will be standardized to 10×10 booths. As a result, total vendor capacity may be lower than in previous years. To ensure a well-balanced and diverse vendor mix, applications will be open from April 3 through April 30.

All submissions will be reviewed after the application period closes. Vendors will be notified of their status by May 15, including whether they have been selected or placed on a waitlist.
